From the initial enquiry on the website, through to concepts, final design and order the customer service was second to none.
The easy to use sizing and measurement guide certainly helped and then the realisation of initial ideas and design was supported with a high level of expertise and understanding of what can or can’t be done.
When the final designs come through you’re not disappointed. That said any subtle changes or adjustments are no problem and the MASS guys really take pride in their work.
The construction and quality of suit is at a really high standard. Fitment based on measurements was perfect.
Even after delivery the guys followed up to see that all was well.
